Sympl helps short-term rental owners and small property managers run reservations, properties, guest communication, channels, payments, expenses, and automations from one platform. We redesigned the web app as a calm, high-density operations UI — built around how managers actually move between inbox, calendar, channels, and finance.
Property managers move quickly between guest messages, booking details, calendar availability, channel health, expenses, deposits, and integrations. The interface needed to support that speed without making the product feel crowded or fragmented.
We treated Sympl as a workspace — reusable patterns for searching, filtering, reviewing, editing, and acting — so every area of the product can feel familiar while still supporting its own workflow.
Users can move from guest messages to booking details, from rentals to rates, from expenses to approvals, and from integrations to sync controls with less context switching.
