AdvanceCM’s capabilities are deep — channel manager, unified inbox, autopilot, dynamic pricing, smart devices, AI replies — but the site asked visitors to absorb all of it on first scroll. We needed to triage what mattered, for whom.
We organised the site around audience needs and operating outcomes: clarify the promise, show who it helps, explain the automation system, then support the message with product modules and customer proof.
The redesign organises a broad product suite around practical operator outcomes instead of disconnected feature blocks — and places existing trust signals closer to the decision.
