Allgood Studio is a remote-first design studio providing services such as UI/UX design, website design, web app design, mobile app design, brand identity, design systems, UX writing, graphic design, and launch assets. We work with clients remotely and do not currently operate from a public physical office.

Allgood Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, unclear feedback, delayed approvals, or third-party dependencies.

09 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Allgood Studio retains ownership of unused concepts, drafts, design explorations, internal processes, source files, and presentation materials. Final approved deliverables may be transferred to the client after full payment, depending on the agreed project terms. Allgood Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or proposals unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

10 Third-Party Tools and Services

Projects may involve third-party tools, fonts, plugins, stock assets, hosting platforms, software, or integrations. Clients are responsible for any third-party subscriptions, licenses, hosting costs, or usage fees unless otherwise agreed. Allgood Studio is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, software updates, downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions.

We aim to provide high-quality design and strategic recommendations. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales, search rankings, conversions, traffic, funding, revenue, or user growth.
